The primary responsibilities include safely picking up and delivering guests using our branded shuttle, answering incoming phone calls, and helping build strong guest relationships through friendly, professional communication. As experience and confidence grow, this role offers a clear path to developing into a Service Advisor, with hands-on exposure to guest communication, service processes, and shop operations.If you enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent service, and are looking for a role with long-term career potential, this is a great opportunity to get started!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide safe, courteous shuttle service for guests, including timely pickup and delivery using a branded Christian Brothers Automotive vehicleDemonstrate a strong desire to learn automotive repair terminology, service processes, and guest service best practicesGreet guests and assist with checking guests in and out in a professional and welcoming mannerAnswer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling guest appointmentsTreat every guest with the utmost respect, consistently reflecting the Christian Brothers Automotive mission and valuesAssist the shop with receiving, processing, and delivering incoming and outgoing parts, as well as running errands as neededHelp maintain a clean, organized, and professional facilitySupport team members with clerical tasks such as filing paperwork and assisting with accounts receivable when neededDirect, coordinate, and participate in guest service activities based on daily workflow and prioritiesServe as a community ambassador by building authentic relationships and partnerships on behalf of the storeFollow all safety policies and procedures at all timesPerform other duties as assigned to support shop operations
